Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Learning and Development Manager who will coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive improvements using performance data. Campus presence in Dallas, with relocation support and day-one benefits, unlocks opportunities to shape student growth.

You will oversee a cohort of students and coaches, measuring outcomes and modeling high standards to elevate the entire campus culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or Organizational Leadership.
• Experience in education, learning and development, coaching or youth leadership.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build a coaching culture where Guides develop students who love school and build resilience.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
