Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. Senior Learning Experience Manager leads Guides, coaches leadership, and drives outcomes across campuses.

You will build high-performing teams, deliver life-skills experiences, and ensure uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus (relocation support available).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
