Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Manager to coach Guides, oversee life skills workshops, and drive student success across multiple campuses. You will build and lead a team, use data to measure impact, and help launch new Alpha locations with a culture of excellence and accountability.

This is a full-time W2 role with relocation support and competitive six-figure compensation. A strong background in education leadership and a passion for transforming K-12 learning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and making performance-based decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, and focus.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guides and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
