Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Manager at Crossover in Cary, NC. This is a full‑time on‑site leadership role focused on coaching Guides, leading life skills workshops, and driving student success with data-driven decision making.

You’ll help launch campuses, foster excellence, and maintain high accountability while guiding a growing team across select markets in the U.S. Six-figure pay and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated use of data to drive performance.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational/ coaching settings.
• Willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold Alpha standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication and leadership.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence.
