Alpha is hiring a Coaching Manager to build and lead high-performing Guides, coaching life skills and motivating students to exceed goals. You’ll use data and observations to drive performance and help open new campuses, maintaining uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them.

The role is on-site at Alpha campuses with relocation support; experience leading teams and a strong education background are required. This is a full-time W2 position with six-figure compensation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership in education, coaching, or learning and development.
• Experience leading teams of five or more, including hiring and termination decisions.

• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
