Mountain America Credit Union in West Jordan, UT seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and evaluate scalable learning experiences that support business priorities and improve employee performance.

This role partners with stakeholders and uses Storyline, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver engaging, measurable learning solutions across multiple modalities. Five years of instructional design experience and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years instructional design experience or curriculum development.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a closely related field or two additional years of equivalent work experience in instructional design required.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment required
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic learning initiatives by consulting with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess performance gaps and design scalable learning solutions.
• Translate challenges into actionable insights and learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement by facilitating meetings, influencing decisions, and driving alignment.
• Develop design plans, storyboards, prototypes, and learning assets across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, video).
• Evaluate learning experiences against objectives and measurable outcomes with data-driven insights.
