Job summary

ChenMed seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to craft and implement enterprise-wide learning solutions. You will lead end-to-end design, develop performance tools, simulations, and AI-assisted experiences, and measure outcomes with stakeholders across the organization.

You will apply adult learning, design thinking, and agile methods to create engaging, scalable learning journeys, including VR/AR and immersive content, while partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Technology, Education, Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, Product Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• 5+ years using digital course authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Experience with ADDIE/Design Thinking and agile design methods.
• Experience with VR/AR, simulations, and immersive learning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and development of enterprise-wide learning solutions.
• Identify root causes and define performance outcomes.
• Measure effectiveness of learning solutions with clear criteria.
• Lead large-scale projects and coordinate internal/external teams.
• Develop personas, journeys, and experience maps.
• Create prototypes and gather feedback for solution selection.
• Curate or develop client content for learning deliverables.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Learning team and stakeholders.
