Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to develop enterprise-scale learning solutions, including performance support tools, simulations, gamification, custom video development, and immersive assets. You will analyze needs, define outcomes, and lead teams to deliver high-impact programs.

You will apply human-centered design, ADDIE/Agile methods, and data-driven evaluation to ensure measurable improvements in learner performance. Travel up to 10% regionally required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Technology, Education, Instructional Design, Human Performance Technology, Product Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end design and development of complex, enterprise-wide learning solutions and products.
• Establishes learning outcomes and measures success criteria for projects.
• Leads large-scale projects and coordinates internal/external teams and vendors.
