UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead performance-first learning experiences that drive measurable business impact. You will apply the EnABLE methodology across Engage to Align, Analyze to Design, and Evaluate phases to ensure solutions align with business priorities and real work.

You will mentor Experience Designers, consult with complex stakeholders, and deliver scalable, sustainable learning solutions while advancing organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning design or development.
• Knowledge of AI tools, LMS platforms, inclusive design practices, and consulting.
• Proficiency with learning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Proven application of EnABLE and ATD Capability Models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and modernization of learning and performance support solutions using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital authoring tools to create engaging, scalable experiences that improve performance.
• Lead strategic consultations with stakeholders to uncover business needs, performance expectations, and success measures.
• Use predictive analytics and historical data to define KPIs and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and business acumen.
