Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• 2+ years of learning design, instructional design, or learning content development experience.
• Experience with instructional design and content authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Experience utilizing the EnABLE Framework and ATD Capability Model.
• Intermediate knowledge of AI-powered learning and productivity tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), inclusive design principles, and learning consultation methodologies.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and modernization of learning and performance support solutions using instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital authoring tools to create engaging, scalable experiences that improve performance.
• Lead strategic consultations with stakeholders to uncover business needs, performance expectations, and success measures.
• Use predictive analytics and historical data to define KPIs and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and influence decision-making through data‑driven insights and business acumen.
