Job summary

Amplify in the United States seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design learning across digital, live, blended, and in-the-flow formats. You will partner with program owners, People team, HRBPs, SMEs, and adjacent enablement teams to create experiences that support performance management, leadership, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in learning experience design or related fields.
• Portfolio showing multi-format adult learning with accessibility and practical application.
• Knowledge of ADDIE or iterative design and Universal Design for Learning.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
• Proven project management across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning design translating business needs into learning journeys for managers and staff.
• Develop engaging content including materials, modules, videos, and practice activities.
• Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and responsive design to digital experiences.
• Design programs for manager capability, leadership, AI fluency, and career growth.
• Use generative AI tools and lightweight automation with guardrails for accuracy and privacy.
• Maintain content in LMS and other platforms, supporting publishing and lifecycle.
• Evaluate solutions using feedback, dashboards, and Kirkpatrick models.
• Document repeatable design practices and lessons learned for scale.
