iSuite L.L.C. seeks a Learning Experience Designer to join its Learning and Development team at headquarters in Granite City, IL.

The role requires turning subject matter into engaging, interactive training and 5+ years of instructional design experience, with strong proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360. You will design course outlines, develop interactive scenarios, and create supporting resources while coordinating reviews and timelines to keep projects moving and ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience with end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Strong adult learning principles and assessment development.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience publishing e-learning in an LMS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design course outlines, storyboards, scripts, and activities.
• Build interactive training in Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Connect learning to on-the-job performance.
• Develop supporting resources like job aids and checklists.
• Incorporate multimedia to clarify concepts.
• Manage development timelines and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure quality, accessibility, and usability.
• Prepare courses for LMS and analyze feedback to improve.
• Maintain and update content as processes change.
