Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the Learning and Development team at its Granite City, IL headquarters. The role requires turning subject matter expertise into engaging training and delivering courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure training aligns with job performance and business needs. A 5+ year track record and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, including independently developing workplace training from discovery through launch.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, including triggers, variables, layers, and branching interactions.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, accessible training materials.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and assessment development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience publishing and testing e-learning content in a learning management system.

Responsibilities

• Design effective learning experiences: create outlines, storyboards, scripts, and activities that structure information into clear lessons.
• Build interactive training: develop courses in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360 with scenarios, simulations, and knowledge checks.
• Connect learning to job performance: create opportunities for learners to practice real-world decisions and tasks.
• Develop supporting resources: create job aids, quick-reference guides, checklists, and facilitator materials.
• Incorporate multimedia: use graphics, audio, video, and screen recordings to support learning objectives.
• Manage the development process: establish timelines, coordinate reviews, and keep stakeholders informed.
