Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and beneficial.
• 3 years in learning and development with program design, facilitation, and assessment.
• Certification in leadership or development assessments (MBTI, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Experience partnering with program managers and SMEs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program managers and leaders to identify learning needs and design solutions.
• Create accessible, engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and team development sessions.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Support a safe, compliant workplace training and injury management processes.
