Job summary

CapeTalent is hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer for a 6-month remote contract, with 1099 or C2C engagement. You will design end-to-end learning journeys for FinTech/SaaS workflows, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate outlining, drafting, and content development.

You will work with SMEs and cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, engaging, and outcomes-driven content, including interactive sessions and microlearning modules.

Qualifications

• I have at least 5 years designing instructional content with end-to-end journeys.
• Experience delivering AI-assisted design workflows in live production.

Responsibilities

• Design learning journeys tied to real workflows and outcomes.
• Produce storyboards and learning flows for scalable development.
• Rebuild legacy content into visual, learner-first experiences.
• Grow design systems, prompt libraries, and reusable models.
• Create interactive facilitator-led and live virtual sessions.
