Job summary

Capetalent is seeking a remote Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract. 40 hours/week at $50–$60/hour, start September 2026. 100% remote for US/Canada candidates with a required portfolio.

You’ll design end-to-end learning journeys for FinTech/SaaS, using AI-assisted tooling to streamline outlines, content, and build files. Work with SMEs, designers, developers, and product partners to deliver scalable, engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing instructional content with end-to-end journeys and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences and end-to-end journeys tied to real workflows and outcomes.
• Design and develop storyboards and learning flows to enable scalable development.
• Lead reusable design systems, frameworks, and prompt libraries for consistent outcomes.
• Create interactive facilitator-led and live virtual sessions with participant materials and guides.
