About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging, performance-based learning experiences.
In this role, you will create learning solutions that support the onboarding and continuous development of sales consultants. You will work across multiple learning modalities, leverage instructional design principles and AI-driven technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop measurable learning experiences that build the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for sales success.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop performance-based courses and training materials using adult learning theory, ADDIE, and SAM.
- Create engaging learning experiences across VILT, eLearning, simulations, microlearning, gamification, blended learning, and job aids.
- Develop AI-driven learning paths and adaptive learning experiences.
- Use tools such as GenAI, Adobe Creative Studio, Articulate, and Camtasia.
- Conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives based on audience and business requirements.
- Develop learning experiences that enable sales consultants to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's platforms, products, and services.
- Update and enhance existing learning content.
- Develop specifications for video, webinars, podcasts, and other media production.
- Design learning assessments, knowledge checks, and skill assessments.
- Partner with Agile teams, Sales Excellence, Tech & Data, Sales leaders, Product, Marketing, HR, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Align stakeholders on onboarding priorities, content, and delivery.
- Manage instructional design projects from initial planning through final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and accelerated timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as time to proficiency, knowledge acquisition, and early sales activity.
- Analyze learning data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement evaluation strategies focused on learning transfer and behavior change.
- Recommend content updates based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Support the adoption of new training methodologies and technologies, including AI-driven tools.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Learning & Development, or a related role.
- Experience applying instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning theory.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives, and designing performance-based learning experiences.
- Experience developing eLearning, Instructor‑Led Training, blended learning, job aids, audio/video content, and simulations.
- Proficiency with course‑authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience designing learning assessments and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Experience managing complex group dynamics and adapting content or processes in real time during facilitated sessions.
- Advanced experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or equivalent relevant experience.
