Onward Search is seeking a Senior Learning Experience and Enablement Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce enablement and transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior client leaders to craft strategic learning, adoption, and performance solutions that support organizational change and capability building.

The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, shaping complex delivery strategies, and driving transformational outcomes across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing workforce enablement or experience strategies.
• Consulting experience advising senior leadership on workforce transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years of team management experience leading diverse and complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate complex strategies and deliverables to audiences at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of learning experience design, change enablement, and workforce transformation methodologies.

This is a temporary position offering a unique opportunity to lead enterprise-wide workforce enablement and transformation initiatives for our client within the learning and development industry. The role involves partnering with senior client leaders to develop strategic learning, adoption, and performance solutions that support organizational change and capability building.
