Onward Search is seeking a Learning Experience and Enablement Manager to lead complex client engagements focused on workforce capability, technology adoption, and performance improvement. The role involves translating business needs into strategic learning and enablement initiatives and managing client relationships from discovery to measurement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or closely related experience in workforce enablement, learning experience, or transformation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience presenting and advocating for ideas with clients and decision-makers.
• 4+ years of managing project teams or workstreams, including coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated success leading client-facing discovery, strategy, and end-to-end enablement initiatives.
• Practical expertise in instructional design, adult learning, assessment, change enablement, and digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, or Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, discovery workshops, and executive readouts, building trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Translate business and performance needs into integrated learning and enablement strategies with clear delivery roadmaps.
• Set the vision, standards, and quality criteria for all solution components, guiding development of learning plans, curricula, assessments, and digital assets.
• Manage workstreams from initiation through launch, owning plans, resource coordination, and risk escalation.
• Lead diverse project teams, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure delivery excellence.

Job description

This is an exciting remote opportunity to lead complex client engagements focused on building workforce capability, adopting new technologies, and improving performance for our client in the workforce enablement industry. The role involves translating business needs into strategic learning, enablement, communication, adoption, and performance-support initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality across multidisciplinary teams from discovery to measurement. One year remote contract. The application deadline for this role is 10/28/2026.
