Job summary

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Enablement lead to own the Modern Work & Citizen AI training portfolio. You will design end-to-end paths for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform, coordinating with HR, enablement, and external vendors to deliver programs across regions.

You will measure program impact, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enablement, and drive adoption with branded collateral and structured communications.

Qualifications

• Independent operator who can own a program end-to-end against defined goals.
• Experience designing learning paths, curricula, and assessments.
• Ability to weigh learning platforms and vendors and justify selections.
• Focus on measuring training impact and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning paths and courses for Modern Work and Citizen AI enablement across platforms.
• Coordinate training delivery regionally and with vendor cohorts; advise learners and assess impact.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify enablement priorities and identify capability gaps.
• Configure and maintain learning tooling and systems (e.g., HR platforms, learning routes).
• Develop program collateral and publish on-brand enablement content.
• Manage vendor relationships and schedule cohorts; field enablement queries.
• Analyze participation data and surface trends for targeted improvements.
• Evaluate learning platforms and vendors; design assessments to measure progression.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI capabilities, and best practices.
