Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Lead Learning Architect to shape AI enablement across the company. You will design scalable learning architectures, curate AI-focused pathways, and drive measurable impact through data-driven programs that improve how Indeedians adopt AI in daily work.

You will partner with program managers to ensure high-quality content, inclusive practices, and alignment with business outcomes, while guiding a community-driven enablement approach across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of related experience; or 12 years with a Bachelor's; or 8 years with a Master; or a PhD with 5 years.
• Learning Architecture & Systems Thinking: design scalable learning systems for AI-driven transformation; apply systems thinking to diverse audiences.
• Enablement Strategy & Execution: translate priorities into learning strategies with defined outcomes and persona-based approaches.
• Instructional Design & Inclusive Practices: apply adult learning principles and universal design for accessible experiences.
• Content Strategy & Curation: develop learning pathways and self-serve ecosystems; leverage AI tools for speed and quality.
• Learning Measurement: create data-driven insights on learning programs’ impact on business KPIs.
• AI & Technology Fluency: proficiency with AI tools; translate features into practical learning use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and enablement strategy for workforce AI capabilities, translating changes into clear learning outcomes.
• Design scalable, inclusive learning architectures to support diverse audiences and use cases.
• Develop AI learning pathways and self-serve resources balancing guided learning and practice.
• Drive enablement execution by creating high-impact learning experiences or delegating to SMEs or vendors.
• Establish learning metrics tracking engagement, adoption, and ROI; optimize programs with data.
• Partner with program managers on rollout planning while ensuring quality and learner experience.
