Job summary

Findhelp is seeking a Manager for the Learning & Enablement team in Austin, TX. You will design, lead, and scale customer education programs to drive product adoption and user success.

You will create multi-format training content and build a sustainable learning infrastructure, working with Customer Success, R&D, and Marketing to align with business goals. The role emphasizes instructional design, content development, and measurement of training impact, with on-site work in Austin and optional

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent 5+ years related experience in Learning and Development.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and delivering L&D solutions for an organization and/or client base.
• L&D professional skilled in instructional design principles and aware of current trends.
• Experience with adult learning techniques; product, leadership, and sales training experience a plus.
• Skilled in mentoring, coaching, blended learning, simulations, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of training programs for internal teams and external users, including paid/unpaid training packages and services.
• Design, develop, and deliver multi-format training content (instructor-led, virtual, on-demand videos, e-learning, written docs).
• Collaborate with CS, R&D, and Marketing to align training with business goals and product launches.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with playbooks, classroom sessions, and certification programs.
• Measure training impact with KPIs and feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Manage and optimize knowledge base platforms to support learners.
