Job description

As a Manager on the Findhelp Learning & Enablement (L&E) team, you'll be responsible for designing, leading, and scaling customer education programs to drive product adoption, user success, and partner engagement. In this role, you'll leverage your proven skills as a classroom instructor, instructional designer, and content creator to support a variety of learning needs for both internal and external stakeholders.

The Manager will work closely with others on the L&E team to lead the creation of multi-format training content and build sustainable learning infrastructure. This individual will work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Research & Development, and Marketing. Responsibilities will span from initial needs analysis to final training delivery and outcomes evaluation, with a focus on supporting Findhelp's business goals. Ultimately, this role will provide critical support to Findhelp's users as they learn how to use our platform and/or new solutions that we're offering.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Training & Enablement Strategy: Own the execution of training programs for both internal teams and external users, with a focus on company vision, product adoption, customer success and enablement initiatives. This could include both paid and unpaid training packages and support services (e.g. "Train the Trainer," Staff Training, Customer Training, CBO Training). Ensure internal-facing roles are fully equipped to assist and guide others, while also empowering external users with the knowledge they need to be successful and find lasting value in our products.
  • Content Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver a variety of multi-format training content, including instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), on-demand videos, e-learning modules, and written documentation. Materials may be used for purposes such as customized training and enablement packages for customers and community needs. Ensure all training materials and resources are kept current and aligned with the latest product features, platform updates, and company initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with CS, R&D, and Marketing to align training and priorities with business goals, including new product launches. Serve as a strategic enablement partner to Sales, providing resources and training (such as playbooks, classroom sessions, certification programs) to position offerings and close deals.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Support initiatives related to go-to-market strategy and implementation efforts for new products and services, ensuring consistent messaging and a unified understanding of new features and value propositions across all customer-facing teams.
  • Training Effectiveness & Proactive Solutions: Measure the impact of training programs through key performance metrics and apply strategic foresight by using effective user education to prepare for and resolve future challenges. Depending on the scope of the initiative, this may include defining metrics and collecting feedback from stakeholders, with continuous revision of solutions.
  • Technical Operations: Manage and optimize knowledge base platforms, leveraging data to provide technical support to ensure a seamless and reliable user experience for all learners.
Qualifications

  • Skilled in leveraging a variety of training methods and modalities (mentoring, coaching, blended learning, simulations, workshops, digital platforms) to support diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Experienced in, or willing to learn, eLearning tools; Adobe Captivate preferred
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience leading multiple high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams
