Job summary

Findhelp is seeking a Manager on the Learning & Enablement (L&E) team in Austin to design, lead, and scale customer education programs that drive product adoption and user success. You will create multi-format training content, collaborate with CS, R&D, and Marketing, and measure impact to support Findhelp’s goals while ensuring the platform remains easy to use for diverse audiences.

On-site role with an option to work remotely on Fridays, emphasizing hands-on delivery and scalable learning

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Learning and Development.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and delivering L&D solutions for an organization or client base.
• L&D professional with instructional design principles and current trends.
• Experience with adult learning techniques; product, leadership, and sales training a plus.
• Skilled in multiple training methods to support diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Experience or willingness to learn eLearning tools; Adobe Captivate preferred.
• Strong project and program management capabilities; leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Adobe Captivate, Wistia.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of training programs for internal teams and external users, focusing on company vision, product adoption, and enablement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver multi-format training content (ILT, videos, e-learning, docs).
• Collaborate with CS, R&D, and Marketing to align training with business goals, including new product launches.
• Support go-to-market strategy and training for new products and features.
• Measure training impact with KPIs and stakeholder feedback; continuously revise solutions.
• Manage and optimize knowledge base platforms to support learners.
