Job summary

EASE Logistics is seeking a Senior Corporate Trainer in Columbus to design, deliver, and lead learning programs that accelerate performance. You will partner with department leaders to translate business needs into practical training paths and build scalable onboarding and professional development initiatives.

You will own the LMS, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve curricula while teaching in-person and virtual sessions on EASE’s systems and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related role, including designing and delivering employee training programs.
• Experience owning learning programs from needs assessment through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement, including onboarding or ongoing employee development.
• Experience with HubSpot, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Claude, and similar AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives the organization’s learning and development strategy, aligning onboarding, upskilling, reskilling, and professional development initiatives with business priorities.
• Leads onboarding, training, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives with role-specific objectives and milestones.
• Develops curricula, presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and assessments using adult learning principles.
• Facilitates engaging in-person and virtual training across departments, including systems and processes.
• Maintains the Learning Management System and learning records; collaborates with process owners.
• Measures learning effectiveness, reports on time-to-proficiency and performance outcomes, and drives improvements.
• Partners with leaders to build development plans and coach managers and SMEs.
