Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking an experienced Training & Development professional in Columbus, OH to lead instructional programs and leadership development across the organization. You will design, deliver, and assess training initiatives for diverse audiences, both on-site and virtually, partnering with managers and field leaders.

The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in adult learning principles and multiple delivery formats.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional training, facilitation, learning and development, workforce development, leadership development, or related experience.
• Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training programs.
• Experience presenting to groups of varied sizes and organizational levels.
• Experience within construction, low-voltage, telecommunications, skilled trades, manufacturing, energy, logistics, or similar operational environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs across the organization.
• Facilitate leadership development programs for emerging leaders, supervisors, managers, and high-potential employees.
• Conduct professional development training on topics such as communication, accountability, feedback, performance management, coaching, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support delivery of HR, compliance, and workplace conduct training programs.
• Build strong working relationships with field leaders, project managers, area managers, and regional leadership teams.
• Partner with the Professional Development Manager to implement learning strategies and development initiatives.
