• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate in-person and online learning (e-learning, webinars, videos).
• Collaborate with Learning and Development team to meet business objectives through effective solutions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to align training with policies and curriculum.
• Implement strategies to optimize knowledge to meet goals and metrics.
• Perform LMS administration, course uploads, testing, and user assignment.
