U.S. Bank is seeking a Learning & Development professional to facilitate dynamic training experiences for various business lines, from new hire programs to advanced delivery. You’ll tailor content, select delivery media, and measure impact to ensure meaningful learning outcomes.

You will coordinate session logistics, analyze learner needs, and partner with stakeholders to create practical training that improves performance and supports our diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Four or more years of learning & development, HR, or business experience.
• Thorough understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning experiences for assigned business lines, in classroom and virtual formats, aligning to goals.
• Assists with needs analysis, design, and development of learning solutions; supports evaluation and improvements.
• Coordinates session logistics and leverages learner feedback to improve experiences.
