Job summary

Amazon Health Services Learning and Development seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise leadership development, onboarding, and compliance programs. You will own the leadership development architecture, guide the strategy and measurement, and manage a team of program managers, designers, and analysts.

You will partner with Amazon L&D and business-line teams to adapt existing programs, drive scalable learning experiences, and measure ROI across healthcare and One Medical integration

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience delivering customized learning solutions to diverse employee groups.
• Experience with learning assessments/analytics and influencing through data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with program and project management in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership development architecture for AHS—frameworks, programs, and tools for leaders at all levels.
• Partner with central L&D and other business-line L&D to adapt existing programs before investing in new ones.
• Define program vision, success metrics, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business priorities and culture goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and best practices.
• Own lifecycle of enterprise learning products (leadership, onboarding, compliance, culture).
• Oversee onboarding and compliance program strategy in partnership with Sr. Program Manager.
• Scale programs to meet growth across pharmacy expansion and One Medical integration.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and PXT to ensure integrated talent solutions.
• Present program results and recommendations to senior leadership.
