Job summary

Batesville in Batesville, IN seeks a Manager of Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide training, LMS strategy, and vendor partnerships for ~3,000 associates across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align learning priorities with business needs, design leadership and sales programs, manage the L&D budget, measure impact, and drive development opportunities in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, or related field and 5+ years in L&D or training.
• Experience designing leadership, sales, and compliance training.
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design leadership development and career progression programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted programs.
• Own LMS strategy, catalog management, and reporting on learning effectiveness.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire training to accelerate productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and external content providers.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure impact.
