Batesville is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide training strategy across sales, manufacturing, logistics and corporate functions. You will oversee the LMS, vendor relationships, and a suite of leadership, technical, compliance, and sales training programs to strengthen the organization.

The Manager, Learning and Development creates and executes Batesville's enterprise-wide Learning & Development vision, building leadership, technical, compliance, and sales training programs for the organization's approximately 3,000 associates across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team and functional leaders to align learning priorities with business needs, and owns the LMS, training vendor relationships, and measurement of learning program effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a related field; and a minimum of 5 years related learning and development, training, or organizational development experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in instructional design and leadership development.
Employee must be able to travel 20% of the time.
