Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Learning & Development to lead our Content Development and LMS teams. You will align learning strategies with business goals to drive performance for company-owned and franchised restaurants, domestic and international.

You will implement a new LMS, drive adoption, and design engaging training solutions across e-Learning, video, manuals, and micro-learning, while guiding two Content Designers and a LMS Administrator.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience managing Learning Management Systems, creating training content and leading people.
• Experience implementing or adopting an LMS and driving its adoption.

Responsibilities

• Strategically prioritize training needs and build implementation plans.
• Close learning gaps by sourcing resources and implementing timely solutions.
• Develop role-based, blended learning for restaurants (domestic and international).
• Align training with Wingstop brand values, service standards and procedures.
• Partner with Brand Partners and leaders to identify learning opportunities.
• Improve LMS through analytics, reporting and continuous improvement.
