Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Manager, People Development to design and deliver leadership and professional development programs across the company’s teams. The role balances hands-on delivery with strategic priorities, focusing on scalable onboarding and manager readiness.

You will partner with HR, business leaders, and external partners to create impactful learning experiences, using data to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or learning & development.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs (in-person and virtual).
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and manage leadership and professional development programs for teams and leaders through Senior Manager level.
• Own onboarding and manager development, aligning content with business needs.
• Plan and deliver development events (conferences, workshops, speaker series) and manage end-to-end participant experience.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and senior leaders to address capability gaps with scalable solutions.
