Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to lead the Content Development and LMS teams, aligning learning strategy with the business goals of company-owned and franchised restaurants worldwide.

You will design and revise learning solutions that engage and improve performance across frontline, management, and field leadership roles. In this role you will drive global LMS implementation, localization of core content, and the development of blended learning

Qualifications

7+ years in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
3+ years of people leadership for LMS/content teams.
Experience supporting learning programs in multi-unit or franchise environments.
Strong knowledge of LMS, content governance, and blended learning.

Responsibilities

Lead Content Development and LMS teams; align learning with business strategy.
Develop, design and revise learning solutions; support global LMS deployment and localization.
Partner with Brand Partners and leaders to identify opportunities and deliver scalable learning.
Drive continuous improvement of training programs and data analytics.
Coach and develop Content Designer and LMS teams; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
