Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Learning and Development professional to manage and coordinate initiatives that strengthen employee capability, improve performance, and support organizational change. You will partner with managers and HR to identify learning needs and deliver impactful resources across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Learning and Development or Organizational Development preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, and change management.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools.
• Experience with current learning technologies and delivery methods including e-learning, LMS, virtual and hybrid platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional managers and HR to assess learning needs based on priorities and change initiatives.
• Lead learning & development initiatives through planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation.
• Develop learning resources, job aids, and adoption tools to support change adoption.
• Measure effectiveness via assessments, learner feedback, adoption indicators, and performance metrics.
• Maintain current learning records and report to managers and senior leadership.
