Job summary

PacificSource Learning & Development Manager in Oregon is seeking a seasoned professional to design, deliver, and evaluate employee development initiatives that align with business goals. You will partner with managers, HR, and executives to identify capability gaps and lead end-to-end L&D projects.

The role emphasizes change management, creation of learning resources, onboarding support, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions.
• Supervisory experience preferred; 3 years in leadership roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and HR to assess learning needs and priorities.
• Lead L&D initiatives from planning through evaluation and improvement.
• Develop resources, job aids, leader talking points, and adoption tools.
• Coordinate onboarding, enterprise learning programs, and culture initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Maintain learning records and report to management.
