Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Learning Design Professional to apply instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to determine learning solutions for new processes or systems.

You will develop storyboards, eLearning, and facilitator materials for both new hires and current associates. The role requires experience with Articulate 360, LMS, and virtual/instructor-led learning, plus strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning design experience with adult learners.
• 3+ years of experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs and virtual learning solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Progressive business experience with eLearning strategies and adult learning theories.
• Excellent writing, grammatical and verbal communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs analysis to target learning solutions for specific audiences.
• Use disciplined instructional design to create meaningful learning experiences.
• Write learning objectives and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
