Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Design Professional to apply adult learning theory to determine the best learning solutions for a new process or system and address knowledge gaps.

You will design solutions for both new hires and existing associates, conduct needs analyses, and create engaging instruction using a disciplined design approach. Remote role aligned with EST hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of learning design experience with adult learners.
• 3+ years of experience developing curriculum content, eLearning programs and virtual learning solutions.
• 2+ years with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Progressive business experience with eLearning strategies and adult learning theories.
• Excellent writing, grammatical and verbal communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop learning solutions for new hires and existing associates.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor learning to audience needs.
• Use disciplined instructional design to create meaningful learning experiences.
• Write learning objectives and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Select and sequence learning activities and media for delivery.
• Develop storyboards, instructor-led content, and eLearning modules.
• Create high quality solutions that are engaging and accurate.
• Collaborate with SMEs and other departments.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and business impact with metrics.
• Prepare facilitator materials and support training delivery.
