Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating needs into measurable objectives and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways and translate needs into clear objectives.
• Lead learning design for digital, live, virtual, cohort-based formats.
• Create and curate cohesive, role-relevant learning content.
• Apply adult learning, assessment, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with partners across AI product teams and SMEs.
• Coordinate work, timelines, reviews, and risks across projects.
• Measure outcomes using feedback, assessments, and data.
• Create reusable templates and scalable learning design practices.
