Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Learning Developer to design and evolve learning programs that empower employees, partners, and customers across Duck Creek products. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, the Instructional Design/Learning team, Duck Creek University, and stakeholders to translate needs into effective learning experiences, shaping education content at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong applied knowledge of instructional design and learning principles, practices, processes, tools, and standards.
• Experience developing learning solutions, curricula, digital modules, or comparable educational content across multiple delivery formats.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate complex information and business needs into clear learning requirements and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver work of moderate to high complexity within a software/SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience using online learning development tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including assessments and knowledge checks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and structured problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product training curricula across instructor-led, virtual, web-based, and other digital formats.
• Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to translate product and business needs into clear, accurate, and effective learning content.
• Create interactive tutorials, course modules, certification materials, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments using online learning development tools.
• Test, evaluate, and maintain learning materials to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with current learning standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve curricula, development processes, tools, and learning delivery while sharing expertise across the team.
