Duck Creek Technologies in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior Learning Developer to design and evolve learning programs for Duck Creek products. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, the Instructional Design/Learning team, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.

You will create interactive tutorials, course modules, certifications, simulations, and assessments, while ensuring quality and alignment with learning

Qualifications

• Strong applied knowledge of instructional design and learning principles, practices, processes, tools, and standards.
• Experience developing learning solutions, curricula, digital modules, or certification materials across formats.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into learning requirements.
• Ability to independently deliver work of moderate to high complexity in software/SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience using online learning development tools to create engaging learning experiences, including assessments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop product training curricula across instructor-led, virtual, web-based, and other digital learning formats.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate product needs into learning content.
• Create interactive tutorials, course modules, certification materials, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Test, evaluate, and maintain learning materials for accuracy and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve curricula, processes, tools, and delivery, sharing best practices.
