Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Learning Developer to create and evolve learning programs for employees, partners, and customers across Duck Creek products. You will partner with SMEs, the Instructional Design/Learning team, and Duck Creek University to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.

You will design curricula for instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats, develop interactive tutorials, certifications, simulations, and assessments, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• Strong applied knowledge of instructional design and learning principles, practices, tools, and standards.
• Experience developing learning solutions, curricula, digital modules, or cert materials across formats.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Ability to independently deliver work of moderate to high complexity in SaaS/tech/insurance environments.
• Experience using online learning development tools to create engaging experiences, quizzes, and assessments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop product training curricula across instructor-led, virtual, web-based, and digital formats.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate product needs into clear content.
• Create interactive tutorials, modules, certifications, simulations, and assessments.
• Test, evaluate, and maintain learning materials for accuracy and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve curricula and delivery, share best practices.
