Responsibilities

• Inform and update author content with learning theory and career readiness.
• Serve as the student journey and discipline-level learning design expert.
• Review content against strategy, quality standards, insights, and protocols.
• Design digital content to improve learning using platform insights.
• Advocate for accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in content and authoring.
• Collaborate with authors/SMEs/industry partners throughout curriculum development.
• Establish and maintain field tools and guidelines for field content creation.
• Support freelance and vendor content creators as needed.
• Apply emerging learning trends to innovate and improve designs.
