Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time work experience, preferably with experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with file-sharing tools.
• Experience with applied AI and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inform and update author content and pedagogy with learning theory, currency, and career readiness.
• Serve as the student journey and discipline-level learning design expert, collaborating with editorial, strategy, marketing, authoring and content creation teams.
• Review content against editorial strategy and quality standards, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Design digital content to improve learning based on platform usability, content usage statistics, and user satisfaction.
• Design and advocate for improvements in accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in content and authoring.
• Collaborate with authors, SMEs, and partners throughout curriculum development to gather diverse perspectives.
• Establish and maintain field tools and guidelines for field content creation.
• Support freelance and vendor content creators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Apply emerging learning trends and guidelines to continuously improve learning designs.
