Develop and articulate a compelling design vision and direction rooted in design thinking.
Build and mentor a high-performing UX team and establish quality standards.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Learning Science to deliver aligned experiences.
Incorporate AI-assisted prototyping, accessibility checks, and personalization engines.
Lead executive reviews and ensure alignment with product roadmaps and timelines.
