Job summary

Bots & People is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to drive enterprise revenue, design blended learning programs, and lead trainer recruitment and moderation. You will shape the learner journey with AI-enabled solutions and oversee end-to-end program delivery for enterprise clients.

The role requires 3+ years in management consulting with L&D exposure, strong facilitation skills, and fluent German and English. A dynamic startup environment and flexible work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years in Management Consulting, ideally with L&D departments in large enterprises.
• Experience designing blended learning programs.
• Strong problem-solving and consultancy/agency background in B2B edtech.

Responsibilities

• Revenue responsibility: build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and act as primary contact for inquiries.
• Didactical consulting: oversee end-to-end learner journey, leveraging AI and tech to improve outcomes.
• Expert recruitment: support trainers with resources and ensure high-quality training.
• Project management: develop detailed plans with timelines, milestones, and resources; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Moderation: lead live trainings on genAI, Low Code, or Process Automation with experts.
