Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist to join the Production System Training team within the Learning and Development organization. This onsite role supports enterprise-wide training and compliance initiatives across PST, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive program success.

You will manage enterprise project lifecycles, develop schedules, track metrics, and deliver executive-level reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience including scheduling, logistics, budget oversight, vendor management, and operations.
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support experience.
• 3+ years of curriculum management and ISD methodologies, systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise-wide production training and compliance initiatives.
• Develop schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; communicate updates and maintain plans throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and others to ensure scope and deliverables are met on time.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure a unified approach to training and compliance.
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Develop KPIs and assess risks, opportunities, and performance updates for leadership decisions.
• Document process compliance and identify improvements and best practices.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports on training program effectiveness and recommendations.
