Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, business or related field.
• 5+ years managing learning programs and curriculum design.
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations; performance consulting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic approach for learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Manages lifecycle of learning projects with scope, schedule, milestones.
• Maintains curricula and revisions using defined L&D processes.
• Leads cross-functional teams to create or revise curricula.
• Coordinates with SMEs and stakeholders on L&D impact and gaps.
• Coordinates QA program with locations and vendors; conducts audits.
• Evaluates programs using metrics to drive improvements.
• May supervise employees on-site to ensure safety and wage compliance.
• May take Electric Utilities emergency/storm role as needed.
