• Diagnose performance, knowledge, and capability gaps with leaders.
• Lead complex learning products from intake to evaluation.
• Design curricula, learning journeys, and job aids using instructional design principles.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions and adapt to audience needs.
• Create evaluation strategies and measure knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
