Job summary

Stand Together Foundation seeks a Sr. Learning Manager, Digital Learning & Content to lead the design, development, and deployment of digital and virtual learning across our products and Paradigm platform.

You will create online courses, live virtual programs, and practical resources that help nonprofit leaders apply ideas, transform their work, and scale impact, while mentoring learning designers and collaborating across teams. Remote candidates may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design or related field.
• Experience designing for nonprofit leaders and staff.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory in practice.
• Experience creating asynchronous and virtual learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of high-quality digital and blended learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles to translate learning objectives into engaging, application-oriented experiences.
• Design asynchronous online courses, facilitated virtual learning experiences, and other digital learning products.
• Guide internal stakeholders and subject matter experts through the instructional design process, clarifying audience needs and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual learning experiences and continually improve engagement and learning.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor learning designers, facilitators, coordinators, or contributors.
• Lead the development of high-priority learning products, including courses, resources, guides, toolkits, and platform-based learning assets.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling learning content.
• Develop and curate content systems to increase quality and usability.
• Partner across teams to shape scalable learning products for broader learner journeys.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve existing products based on learner needs and feedback.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on Paradigm strategy and platform management to translate priorities into learning products.
• Experiment with new digital learning approaches to increase engagement and value.
